Why Should You Meal Plan?

If you havenโ€™t tried planning your meals ahead of time, this weekly meal plan is going to be a game-changer for you! Hereโ€™s why I swear by meal planning:

  • Time saver: That 4 PM dinner panic disappears because you already know whatโ€™s for dinner. You have what you need, and how long itโ€™ll take.
  • Money saver: Meal planning is the best for your budget. With your week organized, you can buy in bulk, stretch ingredients, and turn leftovers into something new.
  • Bye-bye takeout:ย When dinner is planned, and the fridge is actually stocked, you won’t be tempted to go through the drive-thru. You save money and eat better.

All of my weekly meal plans come with a free shopping list! It makes your shopping for the week so easy! You will save money, eat healthier, and not end up with wilted veggies in the back of your fridge!

Meal Planning with Leftovers

I like to store any leftovers from the weekly meal plan dinners in an airtight container in my fridge. Then, on Saturday or Sunday, I can see what I have and use them all up! It makes weekends easy and relaxing!
