Weโve made it to week 78, which means these weekly meal plans are working! Thank you for letting me be part of your weekly routine. This plan includes simple dinners and a printable grocery list to help take one thing off your plate.

What’s for Dinner?
These are the kinds of dinners that everyone enjoys. Every recipe in this weekly meal plan is a full meal on its own, but you can always add a side or dessert if you like. Maybe some garlic brussels sprouts or 1-hour dinner rolls!
- Monday: Marry Me Stuffed Shells
- Tuesday: Mongolian Beef and Broccoli
- Wednesday: Slow Cooker Chicken Fajita Soup
- Thursday: No Peek Pork Chops and Rice
- Saturday: Swedish Meatball Casserole
Weekly Menu
I put out a new weekly meal plan every week, and you can always swap meals around if needed. If youโd like to get them each week without having to look for them, my newsletter is the best way.

Why is Meal Planning Helpful?
If you havenโt tried planning your meals ahead of time, this is going to be a game-changer for you! Hereโs why I swear by weekly meal plans:
- Saves time: No more 5:00 panic. You already know whatโs for dinner, what you need, and how long itโll take.
- Saves money: Shopping with a plan makes it easier to buy what youโll actually use and stretch leftovers into another meal.
- Less takeout: When dinner is planned and groceries are in the house, skipping the drive-thru gets a lot easier.
I made this as easy as possible by providing a FREE shopping list you can print to make shopping better and more economical.

Meal Planning with Leftovers
I only meal plan Monday-Friday because we sometimes have plans over the weekend or I have leftovers that we can have to finish off the week! If you do have leftovers, make sure to store them properly in an airtight container in your fridge.

What.s with the โmarry meโ and โbang bangโ in recipes. Getting tiresome when it offers no explanation.
“Marry me” is a popular nickname for creamy Italian recipes, that are often Tuscan inspired with sun dried tomatoes and herbs. โBang bangโ usually refers to a sweet and spicy creamy sauce, with a little heat. Totally get that the names can feel overused.
