Worked perfectly for me. Made differently spiced chicken 3 different times. Not sure why others are having issues. Perfectly cooked and they were large chicken breasts.
I always check the temps on meat just to be sure . As mentioned different products vary in heat and time . Be safe and check it .
Most uk airfryers are Celsius do you think you could give both in your recipes it would help no end for us in the UK

I did submerged the chicken in marinade salsa for 4 hours in the one I prepared with orange biter, natural garlic, fresh onions, sea salt and fresh parsley. I have the chicken cut in strips because is the one I have in the fridge.
I added the oil, the Italian seasoning spices, the paprika to the marinade chicken and put it in a disposable paper for air fryer for about 30 minutes at 350 farenheit , turning them have time. I didn’t have the brussel sprouts, so I used asparagus and onion rings instead as garnish.
They came out pretty well and it was easy since they were in strips to serve them to the family because some of them eat smaller portions than others.
Great recipe , our first time cooking chicken in an air fryer , other then checking the temp to be sure , great recipe (we put some harissa on ours] -lus we do a 5 minute heat upon for air fryer
