I cook a lot and this was one of the best chicken recipes Iโve made. I made a few adjustments, and I will also say this serves 4 not 6 people
I added 1 1/4 c heavy cream and 3/4 c chicken broth because after evaporation with thickening there really wasnโt enough sauce. I also sliced the chicken lengthwise and sliced each breast into three slices. When I was finished cooking the chicken and made the sauce, I let the chicken marinade in the sauce for an hour (no heat) before removing to add spinach and Roasted tomatoes. Served over linguine, but it would have been great on a bed of spinach, etc.

This is very good and very easy. Do not substitute garlic salt for garlic powder. Because of the parmigiana cheese it makes it a bit too salty. I sautรฉed the chicken in the oil from the jar of sun dried tomatoes, and deglazed the pan with white wine after browning the chicken. Both added a little extra flavor.
Experimenting with new recipes and this is the best meal I have made so far! Before I Even finished eating it I was already planning the next time I could make it again.
I tweak it by cooking a couple gloves of garlic and half an onion before I add the listed Ingredients for the sauce

I have made this so many times and it is my families favorite meal. Definitely double the sauce and season the chicken while cooking. I also cut the chicken in bite sized pieces after cooking and toss them back in the skillet for minute or two. Serve with penne pasta. Making this tonight for my wife on our Anniversary.

Only use fresh grated cheese…the packaged shredded cheese has an ingredient that keeps it from clumping in the bag…it will not melt smoothly in any cooked dish
This is delicious, easy and quick! I might like the sauce doubled. I seasoned the 2 large chicken breasts with Tones Six Pepper seasoning. I cut the breasts in thin slices after cooking. Maybe put the dried tomatoes in the sauce from the beginning of sauce cooking down. So very good!
