Make it Grand with these S’mores Cookies:

Create the best s’mores cookie just the way you like it. All so delicious!

  1. Marshmallows:ย If you want to try a fun twist on these already amazing little vittles, try using cereal marshmallows. Now you don’t have to go buy a bag of Lucky Charms and pick out all the marshmallows, they actually just sell cereal marshmallows!! How fun is that?! Look for them in the baking isle with the regular marshmallows or you can buy them on Amazon. They won’t be as gooey but still oh so good!
  2. Chocolate:ย You can get creative here. You can use mini chocolate chips for lots of goodness all over.ย  Use milk chocolate chips to recreate that classic s’mores taste. Try dark chocolate chips for an intense flavor to help balance the sweetness of the marshmallow.ย  Don’t like chocolate? Peanut butter or butterscotch chips will do just as nicely.

  • Freezing Dough:ย Make a double batch of dough if you desire to make them again for fresh from the freezer cookies. Drop large Tablespoon scoops onto a baking sheet and freeze for about an hour. Transfer the dough into a freezer gallon bag or airtight container. When ready to bake simply place the frozen dough on a cookie sheet and bake for 12-15 min at 350.

  1. These came out delicious – I made them for Christmas and people loved them. They come out nice and puffy and not flatter like some cookies. I made a double batch and used one container of Jet Puffed Mallow Bits which was slightly less than 2 cups. I used dark chocolate chips (regular size). Thanks for sharing!

  2. I not only had the mini marshmallow meltdown issue but the cookie dough couldn’t be folded by spoon. I had to use my hands because it was a very stiff dough. Is that normal. I ended up with hard cookies that really only tasted like choc. Chip. Wondering what I did wrong.

  3. For anyone making these with mini marshmallows just be sure to use less than the recipe calls for. I used mini ones and the cookies turned out a little crispy when they melted. Still good but just FYI !

  4. Made these today and they are so delicious. So much better than just regular chocolate chips cookies. And if you let them bake then take them out and let them cool on a baking rack the edges are crispy and the center is nice and soft. Goes great with a glass of milk. Thanks for the recipe. ๐Ÿ™‚

  5. My family loves these cookies! The dough is quite thick, so I flattened the dough balls slightly before baking them. Thanks so much!

  6. I am in love with anything smores related. I will need to create something new that has a smores theme i am just not a great cook so I am still unsure what I will make. This is something I will certainly try!

  7. Hi, I’m planning on making these for my girls. I went over to Kevin & Amanda’s site to look through the reviews and noticed she used less brown sugar. Just wondering if you increased the amount or just a mistake in typing up recipe??? We have no problem with extra brown sugar around here…just didn’t want to mess up recipe if it wasn’t an intentional addition. Thanks!

  8. Ok, I need these in my life!!! Iโ€™m seriously obsessed with sโ€™mores cookies! And Iโ€™m so impressed you managed to stash ANY recipes before you guys left!! You are a rock star. Pinned ๐Ÿ™‚

  9. I just happened to buy some of those Mini marshmallows and just in time because these would be such a great treat to bring to the cabin for the 4th!

  10. Oh my gosh, yes. Newborns and blogs don’t mix. Also, toddlers. Mine is 19 months and oh my…

But these cookies are perfect! Love.

  11. These look amazing, never had a s’more but love the concept. I’m devoting July to s’mores on my blog and these cookies would be great with some s’more ice cream I made.

  12. Sounds like you have your hands full, but that you are handling it all like a champ! You’re amazing ๐Ÿ™‚ And these cookies look incredible! pinned!
