    1. Hi Nicki, thank you for your question. Tortellini should be fine! I would try to make sure itโ€™s frozen tortellini, not refrigerated to help it cook for the same amount of time. Let me know how it turns out!

    1. Most marinara sauce jars from the store are 24 oz. So, I think I just specified a 24 oz jar so you would be able to use the 2 cups from that. I hope that helps answer your question.

  1. 5 stars
Made this recipe and it was beyond delicious. I wish I could give it a higher rating then 5 but it was A 100. Thank you so much for sharing this ravioli ravioli recipe it’s my favorite now

  2. I do not recommend using frozen ravioli in this dish. Baking time is much longer than 30 minutes and texture comes out mushy. I baked mine for over an hour and the middle was still cold. I recommend boiling the ravioli first to al dente. From there, the baking time seems more reasonable.

    1. Hi Rick, thank you for your question. You just need the two cups, or if you like your casserole more saucy, you can add more. I hope this helps!

      1. Hi Carol, thank you for your question. Yes you can! I actually love using Italian sausage in any Italian dish in place of beef. Just be sure to drain the fat!
