No Bake Snickers Bar Pie

I used to hate chocolate. I know. Crazy. It was the Snickers Bar that broke me of my hate for chocolate. I was 16 years old. Yep. I went 16 years without liking chocolate. We already established that I am crazy. I would take the Snickers bar and peel back the chocolate and eat the bar with the nougat and caramel. I slowly started to leave the chocolate on and Snickers became my favorite.

So when you put bites of Snickers inside a cool and creamy peanut butter pie, I fall in love. This pie you guys. You HAVE to make it. And it is just too easy not to!

Snickers Bar Pie Ingredients:

This pie can be put together in 10 minutes. That’s it! The filling is a cool and creamy peanut butter cheesecake and it is amazing. You put it in a pre-made graham cracker crust and the filling is full of chopped Snickers bars. Bites of chocolate, caramel, peanuts and nougat. Amazing!

  • Cream cheese: The smooth tanginess is perfectly balanced with the crunch and strong flavors of the peanut butter
  • Chunky peanut butter:  Adds tons of texture and flavor to the filling.
  • Powdered sugar:  Oh so sweet!!
  • Cool whip: Thawed to room temperature so that it can fold easily into mixture.
  • Snickers Bars: Chopped, reserve some for top
  • Graham cracker pie crust:  The crunch of the sweet graham cracker crust is perfection!

Let’s Make a Pie!

This pie will be the biggest hit wherever it goes. And it is perfect for upcoming gatherings because it is so easy to make! You are going to love it just as much as we did!

  1. Combine all ingredients: In a large bowl combine cream cheese, chunky peanut butter, and powdered sugar. Fold in the cool whip followed by the snickers. (Reserve some for top).
  2. Spread into crust: Evenly smooth filling into graham cracker pie crust and chill for 3 hours.

Make No Bake Pie Ahead of Time:

Do yourself a favor and make this a day ahead of time and let it chill in the refrigerator.  You will be so happy with yourself when you pull it out and enjoy it.   This no bake pie can be done quick in a pinch, but trust me when I say it tastes so much better when it has a minimum of 2-3 hours to come together.  I like to make 2 at a time and freeze one.  It will stay good in the freezer for at least a month and be ready to enjoy any day you choose.  Let it thaw for a few hours in the refrigerator before serving.

Variations for No Bake Snickers Pie:

  • Use an Oreo or chocolate graham cracker crust instead of regular graham cracker crust.
  • Drizzle chocolate and/or caramel sauce over the top before serving.
  • Add caramel sauce on top of the crust and spread to cover before layering on the filling.

  1. I made this for a card party night. It was the hit of the night. Sooooo easy! I’m making for another party and am going to try chopping snickers bites instead of the full size. Any idea how many bites equals a full size bar?

    1. YAY! That is awesome! Thank you so much for sharing! I am not sure how many bites would equal a full size candy bar. Sorry about that! So glad everyone loved it! XOXO

    1. I usually purchase the regular size snicker bars but you are welcome to use the large ones for added tastiness! Hope you enjoy this pie! XOXO

I make a very similar pie with a chocolate graham crust and mini reece’s cups and peanut butter baking chips instead of snickers. I use the mini reece’s pieces baking pieces and chocolate whipped cream to garnish the top.

Only knowing that my boyfriend’s favorite candy is a Snickers, I made this for his birthday last year. I’ve returned for year two, this pie is amazing; I love it and I’m not even a huge Snickers fan.

  3. The recipe was absolutely fantastic! I used creamy peanut butter because that is what I had and added chopped peanuts in and on top along with some Magic Shell chocolate sauce. Thank you for sharing this recipe! Became on of my favorites.

  5. Hi! Just wondering if there is anything that can be substituted for the cool whip? I’m in Australia and we don’t have it

  6. I’m to make this but the recipe doesn’t say what size snickers to use. I need to make 3 of them for work.

    Thanks,

    Rhonda

I made the Snicker’s Bar Pie. Everyone loved it.
This is my third one. We’re having Potluck after
our meeting. I made that for desert..

  7. I’ve made lots of your recipes and they are always the best!! Just finished eating this and wow! It was so amazing. I ended up making my own pie crust only because I had the ingredients on hand. Thank you so much for sharing this fabulous recipe, we loved it!

  8. I need to make this, but I am leaving a reply to let you know that you’re not alone. I, too, wasn’t ever really a chocolate person. I would eat a Butterfinger bar next to a trash can so I could spit out the chocolate and eat the miscellaneous stuff inside! Never did that to a snickers, but I feel our stories are pretty similar. Power in numbers! And seriously this recipe looks amazing and really easy. Will try it at my BBQ next Sunday!

    1. Haha! I love getting comments like these to let me know that I am not alone. And this pie is amazing! You will have to let me know if you try it!
