How Many Does It Feed?
This free weekly meal plan helps kick off your week with five easy dinners that feed 4โ6 people (depending on whether you’re feeding adults or kids), plus a complete shopping list to keep things simple.
Why Should I Meal Plan?
If you havenโt tried planning your meals ahead of time, it can be a real game changer. Hereโs why I swear by it:
- Saves Time: No more 4:00 PM dinner panic. You know whatโs on the menu, what you need, and how long it takes.
- Saves Money: A planned grocery list helps you shop smarter and make better use of leftovers.
- Less Takeout: When meals are planned and groceries are stocked, itโs easier to skip the drive-thru and cook at home.
My weekly menu plans always include a printable shopping list that is measured out and ready to go. It makes things so easy! If you don’t see something you like, check out my other weekly meal plans here.

Storing Leftovers for Meal Planning
I only meal plan Monday-Friday because we usually have plans over the weekend! And I always have leftovers we can use to finish off the week! If you do have leftovers, make sure to store them properly in anย airtight containerย in your fridge.

We’re expecting a huge snowfall in Boston. I made a double of the corn chowder to keep everyone fed who’s out shoveling tomorrow. This is what community is all about. I’ve made this corn chowder before and it’s INSANELY GOOD. You won’t go wrong. (Sorry, Alyssa, but in the winter I cheat and use frozen whole kernel — store brand frozen corn to save money but it’s still fabulous!)
