Alyssa’s Pro Tip

How can you tell when itโ€™s done? The best way to check is with a thermometer. Once the center hits 160ยฐF, your biscuits are good to go!

Bubble Pizza Make Ahead & Storage Tips

  • Make Ahead: Assemble up to 24 hours in advance, cover tightly, and refrigerate until ready to bake. The raw biscuits may puff slightly or absorb some sauce as they sit, but they should still bake up well.
  • Storing Leftovers: Simply place a lid, plastic wrap, or aluminum foil over the casserole dish, then store it in the fridge for 3 to 5 days.
  • To Reheat: Warm individual portions in the microwave in 30-second increments until heated through.

    1. Sorry for the confusion, it’s minced garlic. But you can use 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder if that is what you have on hand.

    1. Yes, making it up to 24 hours ahead should be fine! The raw biscuits may puff a little or absorb some sauce in the refrigerator, but they should still bake up well.

  5. I tried this bubble pizza recipe for dinner last night, and it was a huge hit with my family! Super easy to make, and the kids loved getting involved. The flavors were delicious, and I loved how customizable it is. Thanks for sharing such a fun and tasty recipe!

    1. You could try cooking it for a little bit longer so that they aren’t doughy in the middle. Oven times will vary depending on the oven!

    2. I would say to make sure the biscuits are spread out in a single layer. I found when these go doughy for me it is either because I added the cheese first and didn’t bake it alone for thr first 15 minutes or because I had multiple biscuit bites stacked on top of each other and it didn’t allow them to bake properly.

  6. Hello!!!
