- Make Sauce: Add the heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese to the skillet. Whisk over medium-high heat until it starts to thicken.ย

I eat a keto diet. I plan to make soup following this recipe. Itโs hard to find low carb soups. I plan to add a little cream cheese for thickening if needed. I make a similar soup using ground sausage and rotelle. YUMMMMM!!!!

Delish! I made this in the crock pot after browning the chicken and deglazing the pan with chicken broth and coconut milk instead of heavy cream. My boyfriend loved it! I served it with quinoa, roasted carrots and more garlic spinach. Great recipe!
Well itโs was very tastie! Super easy to put together! I did add some and onions n garlic plus cherry tomatoes for a boost of flavour! After putting in the Parmesan cheese I still felt it was a bit runny, so I too added a bit of a cornstarch slurry to help thicken! Overall, fabulous! Definitely will go into a regular rotation! Very delicious! Whole family loved! I did not have the sundried tomatoes so I cannot attest to those I would only add a quarter cup broth next time. Mine wasn’t as thick as I would have liked, but that’s just preference!
