  2. Let Flavors Meld: You can use the sauce right away but I recommend covering and placing in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to compound.

Make it Spicy!

I made my remoulade sauce have mild heat, but if you like it hot, add more hot sauce or a dash of cayenne until the flavor is just right!

Storing Leftover Sauce

Once you’ve made your perfect batch of remoulade sauce, pop it in an airtight container and keep it in the fridge. It will stay good for up to 2 weeks. The ingredients may settle the longer it sits, so give it a stir before you use it again!

  1. Perfect timing – we were able to harvest a few green tomatoes before our recent cold snap. This will be wonderful to serve with fried green tomatoes!
