Butter Garlic Herb Steak Foil Packets

We have been loving every second of this warm weather and trying to get the thousands of things ready before baby gets here.  We spent all day on Saturday doing yard work together.  I love yard work but things are getting difficult with only about a week to go until this babe gets here.  My back is out and my feet are so swollen.  It feels so good to put my feet up and relax and eat some chocolate.  🙂

We love that this weekend is a long weekend and I love planning for Memorial Day.  We love having a big BBQ followed by a fire and s’mores.  Foil packets are one of my all time favorite things to grill.  It is the perfect meal in one.

Butter Garlic Herb Steak Foil Packets 2

When I was thinking about how to switch up our normal foil packets I wanted to include steak for my steak loving son.  And what better thing to include with them is a butter with garlic and herbs?  It just melts while it cooks and creates the most tender and perfect steak and veggies.

Butter Garlic Herb Steak Foil Packets 3

We absolutely loved these foil packets!  Easily one of our favorites.  I love how the grill gives the slightly charred edges.  These were full of amazing flavor and I loved the combination of the herbs.

You guys have got to grill these this summer.   They are fantastic and will become a new favorite at your house as well!

We bought a big thing of authentic North Carolina BBQ sauce last week.  So when I found this recipe from Fit & FruGirl I couldn’t wait to try it out with my BBQ sauce.   There are so many things that you can do with this recipe.  Serve it over salad, serve it over rice, make […]

Mini Peach Cobbler

Why does it seem that everything is better in mini size?  I like it because when I am watching what I eat, I can have one for about 100 calories.  But then 1 turns into 2 and then 3…..  Ugh diet ruined!  But I love peach cobbler.  And these were sooooo delicious and easy!  The […]

{The BEST} Sweet Pork Tacos

In heaven I picture two things.  My rodizio pinepple and my recipe for cafe rio pork.  My hubby also puts these in the top two recipes I have made.   I think the honey lime is a close third.  🙂   This pork has the best flavor to it.  I have tried 5 different “cafe rio” recipes. […]

Nilla Wafers Banana Cream Dessert

I love graham cracker crust.  I always put it into my yogurt or ice cream.  And the cheesecake fantasy at Cold Stone with the graham cracker crust mixed in is pure heaven to me.  But a Nilla Wafer Crust?  EVEN BETTER!  This dessert is so easy!  And it is perfect for the summer time.  It’s […]

Sweet and Spicy Bacon Chicken

We grilled this up on Saturday and it was amazing.  The chicken was so flavorful and moist.  And anything wrapped in bacon is always better right??  Although my hubby does have some mad grilling skills.  I loved this recipe because most of the chicken I make has some kind of marinade.  This chicken was so […]

Peanut Butter Bars

I call these babies the devil.  Probably because you can’t eat just one.  They sit there and tempt you and you eat them all square by square.  I have this recipe memorized because people always ask me to make them.  They make a lot.  You could feed a small army with them.  Or keep half […]
